3.1 Age Requirement. Membership of baaji is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the baaji Platform in any capacity. baaji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the holder is reasonably suspected to be under 21 pending verification.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The baaji Platform is made available to players in jurisdictions where accessing online betting and gaming services is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their access to and use of the baaji Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one baaji Account. A Member may not register additional accounts for any reason, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a suspension, or evading responsible gaming restrictions. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — will be consolidated or closed, and any Bonus funds or winnings derived from such accounts may be forfeited.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and must update their account information promptly if any details change. baaji is not liable for any delays or issues arising from a Member's failure to provide accurate registration information.
3.5 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. baaji will never contact a Member requesting their password. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to baaji support immediately. baaji is not liable for losses resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
4.1 Verification Obligation. baaji is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may also be triggered at account registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where baaji's compliance systems flag a review.

5.2 Member's Own Funds. All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is owned and controlled by the Member in their own name. baaji does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
5.3 Currency. All balances, stakes, winnings, and Bonus amounts on the baaji Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by a Member's bank or mobile wallet provider.
5.4 Deposit Limits. baaji may, at its discretion or in response to responsible gaming obligations, impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts. Members may also set personal deposit limits from within their account settings at any time.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Members may request withdrawal of Available Balance (i.e., funds not subject to active Wagering Requirements) at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any active Bonus subject to outstanding wagering; and (c) the requested amount meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. baaji reserves the right to amend this threshold with reasonable notice.
6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. baaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
6.4 Processing Time. baaji targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts before 6:00 PM PKT on a business day. Requests submitted after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals. baaji reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under review for potential fraud or bonus abuse; (c) the withdrawal is inconsistent with the Member's deposit and wagering history in a manner that raises anti-money laundering concerns; or (d) a technical error requires investigation.
7.1 General Bonus Principles. All Bonuses offered by baaji are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these Terms, the promotional term shall prevail with respect to the specific matter to which it relates.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The Wagering Requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the Bonus amount (or to the deposit plus Bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotional terms). Only wagers on eligible game categories contribute toward Wagering Requirement completion, as specified in the promotional terms.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. All baaji Bonuses carry an expiry date, which is stated in the promotional terms. Unused Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from them will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
7.4 One Bonus Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion, each Bonus is available to one eligible Member per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim a Bonus multiple times through separate accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. baaji reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Member has exploited, or attempted to exploit, any Bonus or promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk mathematical wagering patterns to fulfil Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other Members to abuse referral or loyalty programmes.
baaji's Bonuses are designed for genuine entertainment purposes. Players who are found to be systematically exploiting Bonus structures rather than playing in good faith may have their accounts reviewed and restricted at baaji's reasonable discretion.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is not accepted until baaji has confirmed acceptance and the bet appears in the Member's bet history. baaji reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
8.2 Odds and Markets. Odds offered on the baaji sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted at stated odds, those odds are fixed for that bet unless the specific market type is identified as a "SP" (Starting Price) or "BSP" (Betfair Starting Price) wager at the time of placement.
8.3 Obvious Errors. baaji will use reasonable endeavours to ensure accurate odds are displayed. Where an obvious pricing error occurs (e.g., odds manifestly inconsistent with the true market price due to a technical error), baaji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes without liability for the erroneous price.
8.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided where the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not meet the settlement conditions specified in the applicable sport-specific rules published on the baaji Platform.
8.5 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to specific in-play rules. baaji is not responsible for any delays in the transmission of live data that may affect in-play odds display. Bets accepted are binding regardless of data latency.
9.1 Game Availability. baaji Casino games are provided by third-party Game Providers. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction or due to licensing conditions. baaji reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available games at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction (including disconnection during a live dealer game), the outcome of the affected game round will be determined based on the Game Provider's malfunction policy. Winnings from malfunctioned rounds may be voided. baaji will use reasonable efforts to resolve such incidents fairly and in a timely manner.
9.3 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based casino games operate on random number generators that are independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certified RTP figures are published within the respective game information panels on the Platform.
9.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios operated by baaji's Game Provider partners. All live dealer sessions are recorded. In the event of any dispute regarding a live dealer outcome, the session recording shall constitute the authoritative record of events.

Violation of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus and promotional winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
11.1 Suspension by baaji. baaji reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, at any time and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that the Member has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false registration information; (c) engaged in fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; (d) failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (e) engaged in any conduct that poses a risk to other Members or to baaji.
11.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's balance will be held during the investigation period. Upon conclusion of investigation: (a) if no breach is found, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the Member's option; (b) if a breach is found, baaji may forfeit Bonus-derived winnings and return verified deposits after deducting any amounts owed to baaji.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may request closure of their baaji Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any amounts owed to either party at the time of closure. baaji will process the Available Balance to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.
12.1 Commitment. baaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. This commitment is a condition of baaji's international gaming licence.

Members may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of baaji. 15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baaji's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their baaji Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.2 baaji shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage — including loss of anticipated profits, loss of winnings due to a technical error, or reputational damage — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
15.3 baaji does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where maintenance or technical issues cause Platform unavailability, baaji will use reasonable efforts to restore access in a timely manner but accepts no liability for loss of access during such periods.
Nothing in these Terms limits baaji's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
baaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, baaji will provide reasonable notice to active Members via the email address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Continued use of the baaji Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the version number and effective date displayed prominently.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that, as closely as possible, gives effect to the original intent of the severed provision.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baaji holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents baaji or a Member from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
